Mike Penn has earned a reputation for integrity and high quality standards and has gained the respect of fellow contractors and craftsmen. The American Association of Subcontractors of Northwest Louisiana honored him as “Project Manager of the Year” for three consecutive years. In 1996, he was also selected as a “Small Business Person of the Year” by the Shreveport Chamber of Commerce.

Mike Penn is a Graduate Master Builder, Certified Green Professional, member of the Northwest Louisiana Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders as well as other local organizations in the Shreveport/Bossier area. Currently Mike manages jobs ranging from small entry level homes to high-end, custom, executive new home construction and remodeling, as well as large commercial projects.
